Jane Frisch Counseling LLC

Welcome! I’m Jane Frisch, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Career Counselor based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. I offer in-person therapy at my Rehoboth Beach office and virtual sessions to clients in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges. I use a relational approach that is grounded in attachment theory and psychodynamic therapy, with an emphasis on understanding how our past experiences and relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can feel understood, explore familiar patterns, and develop new ways of relating that support meaningful change. Because our work lives are deeply connected to our identity, relationships, and emotional well-being, I also integrate career counseling into therapy when helpful, exploring how your experiences and values influence your professional life and sense of fulfillment.
