All the roles and responsibilities in your life can leave you feeling overwhelmed. You put so much energy into doing your best and caring for others that there is no time to care for yourself. Wouldn’t it be great to get to a place where your life feels more balanced?

Counseling can provide a space for you to sort through your feelings, figure out what you would like to be different, and identify concrete steps you can take to bring your life back into balance. 

As you work with me, you will learn practical approaches to managing stress and develop resources to improve your ability to handle stressful situations. Counseling will help you improve your work life balance and develop confidence to meet future challenges. The skills you learn through this process will also increase resilience and improve overall well-being.


Career coaching sessions are $130 for 50 minutes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation session for new clients.

Career coaching is typically not covered by insurance unless a mental health diagnosis has been submitted.
